What to Do Next
Present your ticket confirmation on your Smartphone screen or a printed version at the ticket window to receive your tickets. You must pick up your tickets when you arrive for the show or stop by in advance of the show during our regular operating hours.

For some special events, you may be checked in at the door by will-call.  When a will-call setup is being used, no ticket confirmation is needed, but please still have it ready in case of a mistakes in our sytem.

Exchanges
You can exchange your tickets in advance of your reserved show for a different day, time, or even movie. The exchange must be requested 24 business hours ahead of the show or event date.  (Weekends do not count as business hours)  Exchanges must be requested in person at the ticket window or by email at business@northbendtheatre.com.  An additional charge may be processed when exchanging for a show time of greater value and a refund may be processed when exchanging for a show of lesser value.

Refunds
We will refund any ticket as long as it is requested 24 business hours ahead of the show or event date.  (Weekends do not count as business hours) We cannot refund the online transaction fee of $0.50 per ticket. In the event that a refund cannot be processed due to technical difficulties or for any other reason that is out of our control, we can issue an "admit one" ticket for every ticket that you wish to be refunded. "Admit One" tickets are good for any regular show of any value except for special events and festivals.
